Zelle Spend Authorizations - Cash Advances

Zelle is a touchless e-payment that electronically routes funds to the ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ's personal bank account.

• Student Athletes may receive per diem for travel expenses via Zelle.
• Treasury is expanding the use of Zelle (with prior approval) to include purposes of human research or emergency/exception events.

Student Organization Financial Training and Resources, Collecting and Claiming Funds

All physical funds (cash, check, credit card settlements) received by ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ organizations should be deposited into the shared ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ Bank Account. The Student Organization Financial Training and Resources Canvas course provides essential tools and guidance for ¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ organization treasurers as well as how to claim collected funds in Workday. These modules are designed to equip treasurers with the knowledge and resources needed to effectively manage their organization’s finances.

Change Funds

Reach out to Treasury Services for obtaining and returning change funds.

¾Ã¾ÃÈÈÊÓƵ is a cashless University. Change funds are only available on an exception basis.
