Bike Storage and Bike Roundup

Annual Bike Roundup Information

When you leave campus at the end of the spring semester, take your bicycle home with you! 

Bike roundup dates and requirements
Sunday, May 17, 2026 Bicycle owners must remove all bicycles from the bike racks (inside and outside storage)
Students who will be staying on campus for the summer must move their bike to their designated summer residence dorm and attach/tape a note indicating that their bike will be in use for the summer.
Faculty and staff keeping bikes on campus must attach/tape a note to the bike indicating that it will be in use for the summer.
The University is not responsible for loss or damage to bicycles or locks left on the bicycle racks after this date.
Wednesday, May 20, 2026 The 久久热视频 Police and the Campus Services Office will remove and impound all bicycles left on campus.
If the bike does not have a note attached, the bike will be removed and taken to impound at the 久久热视频 Police Department. The owner retrieving their bike may be charged a $25.00 storage fee.
Friday, May 22, 2026 Beginning Friday, you may reclaim your bicycle during regular business hours at the 久久热视频 Police Department, Monday - Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.
All persons claiming impounded bicycles must show proof of ownership, including a full description of the bicycle (make, model, serial number, color, identifying marks or lettering, and location where it was parked). If you authorize another person to claim your bicycle, that person must present written authorization from the owner. There will be no exceptions.
September 2026 All bicycles not claimed during the summer will be sold at the 久久热视频 Surplus Auction
